The capaNCDT 6110 is a new capacitive single-channel displacement measurement system comprising a compact controller, a sensor cable and the sensor. Due to the miniaturised controller and its ease of use, the capaNCDT 6110 is ideally suited to integration in machines and facilities. With the possible power supply between 9 – 36 V, the system can also be operated in passenger cars or trucks. The measurement values are output via a voltage output. The capaNCDT 6110 lends itself to many different applications and is compatible with all capaNCDT sensors.
The eddyNCDT 3001 is a new, efficient eddy current sensor for displacement, distance and position measurements. Its compact dimensions have to date only been reserved for inductive sensors and proximity sensors. The temperature-compensated design provides high stability even in fluctuating ambient temperatures. The eddyNCDT 3001 comes with integrated electronics, offering an outstanding price/performance ratio and easy operation. The eddy current sensor is ideally suited to OEM integration and mechanical engineering applications. The sensor is factory-calibrated for ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials, which eliminates the need for on-site linearisation of the sensor. The eddyNCDT 3001 is available with connector or with integrated cable.
mainSENSOR displacement sensors combine the advantages of both inductive and magnetic sensors. The sensor measures the distance to a magnet which is fixed at the measurement object. As different strength magnets are applied, measuring ranges of between 20mm and 55mm can be achieved. However, for changing measurement set up of the proximity sensors, it is only necessary to change the magnet. Micro-Epsilon offers a flexible sensor concept. Numerous options allow the magneto-inductive displacement sensors to be individually configured.
For the multi-dimensional measurement on both red-hot glowing metals and transparent and organic surfaces, the scanCONTROL BL laser profile scanner with a blue laser diode is applied. The short wavelength blue-violet laser prevents light from penetrating the measurement object, and the light is much more stable. Compared to the red laser, red-hot glowing as well as organic objects can be measured more reliably.
colorCONTROL ACS7000 is one of the most advanced inline colour measuring systems in the world. The colour measurement system not only recognises reference colours by comparison, but identifies individual colours clearly from their coordinates in the colour space. Due to its very high measurement speeds, the colorCONTROL ACS7000 is suitable for applications where colours and shades have to be examined on-the-fly and to very high accuracies. Due to the extremely high measurement accuracy, the system is also applied in laboratories, e.g. in the industrial R&D. There are different sensor models for various measurement tasks.
