Beim IF2008/ETH handelt es sich um ein neues, robustes 8-Kanal-Schnittstellenmodul. Es wird eingesetzt, wenn mehrere Sensoren in einen Produktionsprozess integriert sind. Bis zu acht Micro-Epsilon Produkte und/oder Encoder mit RS422 Schnittstelle lassen sich dadurch in ein Ethernet-Netzwerk einbinden. Es bietet vier programmierbare Schaltein- bzw. Schaltausgänge, zehn Anzeige-LEDs und ein Modul-Webinterface zur Konfiguration. Des Weiteren bietet Micro-Epsilon ein sensorTOOL zur Visualisierung und Speicherung der aufgenommenen Daten.

The high precision colorSENSOR CFO True Color sensors combine high color accuracy with modern interfaces and intuitive operation. They are used for industrial measurement tasks placing high requirements on accuracy. Furthermore, the sensors can now also be integrated in PROFINET-, EtherNet/IP- and EtherCAT environments via an interconnected gateway.

With a resolution of < 30 pm, the interferoMETER sensors from Micro-Epsilon achieve a new level of precision in optical measurement technology. Depending on the application, three different models are available: the IMS5400-DS for extremely precise and industrial distance measurements; the IMS5400-TH for precise thickness measurements; and the IMS5600-DS with vacuum-suitable design for distance measurements of subnanometer accuracy.

The optoCONTROL 2520-95 is a precision micrometer from Micro-Epsilon for static and dynamic measurement tasks with a measuring range of 95 mm. High linearity combined with high measurement speed make the system ideal for applications that require large measuring ranges. The system is used in almost any industry from chemistry to automotive and machine building. In cutting machines, e.g., several strips can be measured simultaneously by means of multi-segment measurement.

The capaNCDT CST6110 measuring system reliably performs non-contact rotational speed measurement of conductive and non-conductive objects. Moreover, the measuring system detects rotations from the first to the 400,000th rotation per minute and is used in drives, rotor blades and positions marks on shafts. The compact industrial sensor is connected to a robust controller and can be easily integrated into restricted installation spaces.

The capacitive capaNCDT 61x4 measuring system enables displacement measurements with the highest signal stability and maximum flexibility. With the active sensor including an integrated preamplifier, this innovative technology can reliably transmit stable signals over a cable length of 15 meters. Therefore, the system offers flexible cable installation while also being ideal for drag-chain use. The active sensor is used in machine building, robot production and semiconductor manufacturing.

The optoNCDT 1900 laser sensor solves displacement and distance measurements for automation processes. This sensor combines the very highest performance and a large range of features with a new mounting concept. The new white light interferometers from Micro-Epsilon are optimized for industrial purposes. They reach an unprecedented level of precision in optical distance and thickness measurements. These interferometers provide absolute measurement values which enable extremely high stability even with step profile measurements. The optoCONTROL 2520-46(090) optical micrometers combine a compact design with a lens angled by 90° in a unique way. This enables full flexibility with regards to the installation position. The precision micrometers detect diameter, gaps and segmentation of objects. A user-friendly web interface is used to perform set up and configuration, which enables readings and limit values to be displayed as well as the selection and application of filters. A video signal is available to configure the measurement task.

These new inductive controllers for displacement sensors and gauges are universal and robust. Combined with the LVDT and LDR sensors, the MSC7x02 controller series enables high application versatility for displacement measurement and geometrical testing in machine building and automation.
