The highest demands on process monitoring must be met: High temperatures, strip speeds and micrometer accuracy require reliable and robust measurement technology.

With the thicknessCONTROL Quad, Micro-Epsilon offers a high-end system for precise inline thickness measurement of coated anode and cathode film. The system consists of two measuring frames, each equipped with up to four confocal sensor pairs. Depending on the configuration, simultaneous thickness measurement of up to eight tracks is possible. Due to its robust and temperature-compensated design, the thicknessCONTROL Quad delivers long-term stable measurement results even under demanding environmental conditions - also directly at the coating stations.
